Omakasebox's concept is to provide intimate and minimalist sensations through our 6-step menu, served in Japanese porcelain and ceramics.
The menus are divided into a starter, followed by a four-course sequence, some of which are hot and some cold, and finally the delicate desserts.
In each menu there is at least a rereading of some classic dishes that are references of the starry restaurants I've been to, and in each of them I put an extra note to show a little of my personality.
