Eder Nascimento
A native of São Paulo with a humble background, he has always been passionate about Japanese culture, which led him to pursue his dream of studying Japanese cuisine, despite not having Japanese ancestry. His journey began with a memorable encounter with chef Tsuyoshi Murakami, and in 2017, he landed his first job at a Michelin-starred restaurant in São Paulo, working with renowned chef Jun Sakamoto.
After working at the international Nobu and delving into Washoku with chef Telma Shiraishi, Éder launched his own project, *Omakase at Home*. With the pandemic, he adapted by creating *Omakasebox*, a delivery service in São Paulo.
In 2021, immigrating to Portugal, he worked with chef Tiago Penão, and in 2024, he went to Japan to learn from masters Hirofumi Sasaki and Akio Saito.
Back in Lisbon, I resumed my service, *Omakase at Home*, offering you a unique experience with all the experience acquired over these 8 years of career.



Style
I continue the Edomae sushi tradition, further improving this art through Kaiseki cuisine.
Each stage of preparation is carried out with extreme attention to detail, strictly respecting traditional techniques to create moments of artisanal excellence.
I exclusively offer the tasting menu called omakase, where the ingredients are personally selected by me, ensuring freshness and harmony in all dishes.
The menu includes a sequence of appetizers, starters, fresh fish and seafood, broth, grilled, boiled, fried, followed by a selection of classic sushi and finished with a carefully crafted dessert, all prepared with seasonal ingredients.
A culinary experience that combines tradition, excellence and an incomparable personal touch.
